Hi Leslie,

It has been mentioned about but the Indianapolis market is popular now.  We're a brokerage and management squad here locally and we've seen a lot of growth. I've heard similar things about Columbus, OH as well. Let me know if I can be a resource to you.

Best of luck!

Hey Brandon,

I'm in the Indy market and we offer all the services listed above.  We're a local boutique management team with over 20 years experience.  I hear the Indy and Columbus markets are very similar.  Let me know if you want to chat sometime by DMing me.  Happy hunting!

Welcome Matthew!  You'll find a lot of helpful people on here to lead you on your journey.  It's important to get local experts to work with when you invest out of your state.  I'm in the Indianapolis market and would be happy to answer any questions you have.  Our city is really inconsistent so it's helpful to have local agents/property managers that have boots on the ground.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

It's definitely a good idea to build a team locally to advise you on areas/properties to target.  Our city is "street by street" so having boots on the ground is vital.  Indiana is really landlord friendly and the Indianapolis area is growing a lot.  Happy to be a resource.

Hi @CJ  - We manage around 30-40 properties in Johnson county and I live down here as well.  Happy to be a resource to you as I'm obviously a big fan of the county/area.

Hi Alex,

I'm a local Property Manager here in Indianapolis.  I would highly suggest finding/securing your whole team prior to purchasing a property that way you can rely on their expertise to give you valuable information.  Also, you'll be able to learn their fees so you can calculate all your cost correctly.  You'll want to make sure their philosophies align with what you're looking for.  Indianapolis is really inconsistent or "street by street" so professional guidance is required.  Let me know if I can be a resource.
