I have recently caught the real estate bug and am currently hooked on the podcasts. I am wanting to start a career in real estate and am looking for opportunities in the Lafayette/Indianapolis Indiana area, any advice is appreciated

Same here. Been consuming podcasts everyday and reading as much as I can. I'm also studying for my real estate license which I started doing prior to being interested in RE investing but I honestly don't see myself working as an agent...that just seems like a miserable job or at least until you become really, really, really good at it and I'm not particularly a fan of competition so I plan to get my license pretty much for the sole purpose of having access to the MLS.

How is the market in Indiana? I'm in Vegas and homes prices are through the roof!
