Business is Business and I sure would get the ball rolling to get them out. Sure I don't want a empty house in winter but you have to hold up your part of the deal, no pay no stay.

Welcome Roselynn. You will find a ton of great info here and most of all real active players in REI doing deals that are willing to share what they know with you. Best of luck to you on the road ahead and get in the game.

They both practice in real estate law. As far as the real esate license you have to ask them, I have no idea. I do know Realtors that are REI's that wholesale and have a license, haveing your license would be an advantage to you.

I don't do bandit signs, not really my thing, but just from talking with other Investors that do I've learned, certain cities just don't allow it and others you can get away with putting them up. Put signs up on Fri evening and take down Sunday night and be mindful of where you place them. Around here its not just Investors putting these signs up other types of businesses do as well.
