How about I'll give you price if you give terms. If the house is not a wreck, just an idea.

Give them leads that don't work for you, pay them for comps that you close on. Maybe, they can help you sell something by adding their fee on top with their buyers. Look for someone new that might be a little more hungry, you will be repeat business for them.

One year of tech college was it for me and then found a job working tons of hours with little time for anything else. Always knew I wanted to do something where I had my own freedom to do what I wanted to do when I wanted to do it and now I've found it.

Its all about time management, if you want to make things happen you will find the time. You started your business you have to see that it floats, nobody else will. Go the extra mile.

Samantha,

Don't let it get to you its just part of the business. I've tweaked my letter and still get angry calls. I still have a JOB so a lot of calls go to VM and pissed off people say all kinds of stuff but no name or address, if I do get a address I'll be sure to stop mailing them. But on the flip side I've had some really nice people say their not interested. Also, had some Realtors that have been really upset that the owners got a letter from me, how dare you. I think some people can be set off by just the littlest things and don't really think how silly they are being, just toss it in the trash.

The Millionaire Real Estate Investor and Landlording I've read a couple of times. I've gone to anything now that is on audio book to for time reasons. Most of the books metioned here are all great reads. Don't forget to pick the brains of some of the BP posters that have a lot of experience and are wiling to share it as well.

I agree with Wayne Brooks or work something out with Realtor for discount help on something else now or down the road.

It's one I'm working on now that sticks out in my mind. The cold cuts down on the smell if there are any, but it has 2 holes in the roof uncovered from a fire upstairs a year ago, nothing has been updated for years. While it has been empty for a year its been broke into a few times, so there is stuff laying evey you walk.
