Bandit Sign Campaign

I just started a new bandit sign campaign aimed at 1st time homebuyers. The city of Chicago is really cracking down on bandit signs in certain areas...Particularly in the areas I'm rehabbing homes in. So I had to get a virtual # from a server based out of india. This is to make sure they can't trace the signs back to my office. We got 5 calls the first day. We are putting out 50 signs out. So I'll keep you posted on our response rates.

I tried them about 4 years ago. I don't see any to be found anymore in my area.

Many counties and cities have taken a hard stance against it with fines and consider it trashing the look and appeal of the area.

Some places you are better off paying someone to hold a sign at a high traffic intersection which in some areas is allowed because they are only there a few hours and then walk away with the sign.

The person holding the sign can get the drivers attention at the stop light, stop sign, etc.

We see the "we buy gold" signs frequently and the " do your taxes time " signs around here.
