@Helen Yang I have not raised rent yet but is their renewal coming up? And or do you their current situation? If they are still in good standings with employment and everything than an increase shouldn't be a bad thing.

@Daijamonet Cook I love this question! My friends and I are huge on ECO friendly. Enough land space for a garden/compost pile, windows that open, and water-efficiency are the first things that come to mind!

@Account Closed, I send out bulk mailers so my biggest challenge is making time to review the lots I mailed out over a year ago and see if they are still worth the purchase vs focusing on the newer mailers I sent out. I guess I struggle with letting go of old letters.
