We're currently going through one of the greatest economic events in history due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything is unprecedented and no one knows what's going to happen in the next few months. 

But during these times, I still see people who are closing deals and doing well in their investing careers. What's your greatest challenge when it comes to real estate investing, and why do you believe you are struggling while others are thriving in this environment?
