@Bruce Schechter hi Bruce! I buy and sell land pretty frequently, and I have never been able to close on property via DocuSign. The counties will not accept the deed unless it's the original signatures and notarized. So I would definitely talk to her title company first!

@Account Closed I recommend closing with an escrow and title company and they will work all that out.

@JR M. I am picking out an area first that I want to invest then mailing out the owners directly.

@JR M. Hi there! I actually use bulk mailers to purchase property directly from the seller!

@Aiesha Hooper I agree with Matt! I recommend getting educated on the rental process in your area, it is something that can be done by you but even you prefer to have someone else assist/do it for you. You want to make sure they are taking advantage. :)

@James Luciano, I recommend sending an offer letter to the PO Box and giving them a call. As for the zoning I recommend calling the county or the city for their ordinances. Nothing is better than getting the information directly from the source.

@Ryan Murdock As a seller we purchased it and deducted it from closing, but I know some people who perked the land as sellers and did not charge the buyer.

@Account Closed Hi Troy! If you are familiar with Excel I think AirTable is great!
