@Barry Stegall they both have their pro and cons. I personally buy and sell vacant land but it depends on what you like to do.

@Jon Catterson as a person who purchases off the market land deals, I rely heavily on my LLC and online presence to gain the seller trust plus the tax breaks are nice as well. :)

@Lucy Smi I used to help older residents in the community was managing. A lot of them didn't want to deal with a home anymore, we didn't have to do anything special with most of them accept assist them with setting up their auto-draft for rent or helping them sign the lease online. Some did make necessary modifications to the apartment like adding grab bars but that was handled by them.
