@Kyle Barger  you can look up the past landlord's information by searching the address in google or a skip tracing site. If the place is still open for rent you can normally see their number as well. I would just speak to them and see what they say. It's never a bad thing to go the extra mile and spend a little more time on research. :) I wish you the best of luck!

Hi @Cory Crowe, I think coaching programs are great! It helped me take my dreams and make them into a reality. I think it really depends on what you are willing to pursue and what approach speaks to you the most! For me, I chose the data-driven approach.

Hi @Kyle Barger, am I understanding your post correctly? This person got arrested at one point for not wearing a seat belt. Correct?  Also, does he have a rental history? Can you contact his past Landlords?

@Mark Nugent I don't know but I'm dying to find out! I get so many unsolicited texts from buying my property, to voting, donations, etc. I don't even get excited about texts anymore... I hope it's OK with you to follow this post and see what others have to say.

@Jay T. to bounce off of Darius, I would start by building a rapport with the owners and approach them as a person who is interested in your properties but also care about their wishes and hopes for the properties. I bet that's something you would have to offer that most don't.

@Erik Dominguez First and foremost, Thank You For Your Service! Do you have a family member or someone you trust who is out there or is willing to go out there and check out the property? Call me a little jaded but I just have a hard time purchasing a home or building without checking out the area. Land on the hand I am more than ok with hiring a local photographer to take videos and photos of land for me to see if it's a good purchase.
