Hi Silvia! depending on the county it can be a hassle to subdivide. I actually recommend purchasing a 20-acre property way under market and sell it with an agent. But Id get a brokers opinion first.  :)

A few of the questions I ask are, is it buildable land?, is there any tax liens or HOA fees?, and is there any title issues? I dont buy and hold land to build those so you definitely want to add more questions. :)

Hello @Joe Dardano, I recommend calling the city and find out what their ordinances are then use that to search for vacant land and send out a bulk mailer to all the lots that fit your criteria!
