Selling a land-locked piece of residential property
Hello,
First time posting-
I have just bought a residential home that i am living in. My neighbor is interested in buying part of my backyard, which is separately fenced in. He lives directly behind me and this would make his yard bigger.
I would like to sell, it’s only about 2,000sf. Any advice?
Neither of us have a survey and wondering the cheapest way to do this?
Thanks!

Hi @Keith Shamblin is it a separate lot?
