Raising rent during COVID?
Has anyone raised rent during these Covid times?
We haven't raised rent since tenant moved in 3 years ago - this property is a condo and our HOA just increased and a brand AC unit was replaced last month. I was thinking of increasing rent $100/mo. We're already losing $ on the property as is so just trying to recover a bit...
Good idea or bad idea? They’re amazing tenants.
