@Karl Krentzel - since I am not a moderator, when I do an update to a post it will not let me create a hyperlink. So your above post to link to the additions is just as good as any update I would make.

Thanks for the mention! I appreciate it very much!  I tried to make our script book as complete as possible!  As a matter of fact, we just released out our latest book!  The Red Pill Sales System!  You may want to check it out in the Marketplace!

Thank you  for the helpful links @Steve Babiak! I was able to get a little bit from each one to come up with some helpful ways to comfortably  speak to sellers !

Appreciate it!

what's the first thing that popped up when I did a Google search for wholesale scripts...? This article.  I won't even bother searching further. Thanks @stevebabiak for putting these together.

I know that I] appreciate your sharing of your experience and expertise ... I suspect others do as well.

@Steve Babiak Do you have any scripts for approaching distressed sellers in the pre foreclosure stage? This is so awesome!

Look at the link in my second post on this thread, where @Michael Quarles has supplied what you are requesting.

I'm looking for a script to get real estate agents to team up with me. Anyone here have any?

I recently contacted a real estate agent and asked if she works with investors. She said "yes I can help, let me know what you're looking for" But how do I let her know that I'm assigning contracts?
