Yes.. I agree.  As a Broker in the Tucson area with 23 years experience.. it is criticial that you ask this crucial question

ANY Agent or Broker that says they prefer creamy peanut butter CLEARLY doesn't know what they are talking about.  After all. ANYONE who knows ANYTHING knows that CRUNCHY is the BEST!!!!

LOL... I love that.. "Don't use a Realtor...  the local xyz person/company/local governing board... will tell you everything you need to know..."

XYZ and ABC won't tell you area specific data about Barrio Viejo.. or any of the other specialty properties in the barrios.. nor off market deals.. but hey.. keep on saving that commission.. It's all good.

As an Investing Realtor.. with 23 years experience.. in this town.. I certainly wouldn't have anything to add.  LOL

Barrio Viejo is nice.. however... it is a niche type neighborhood.  Is there any way you can owner finance any of it?  (Doubtful in this market, but thought I'd ask)

Yes I sure do!  Wholesaling as an agent is permissible under Article 4 of the National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics.  I write about it all the time on my blog at www.TheRedPillInvestor.com!

Sure!  If you would like a copy of that then feel free to hit me up on a direct message!  BP doesn't really want me to post links that are external to the site!

Thanks and have a powerful sales day!

NAR Code Of Ethics Article 16

"Respect the exclusive representation or exclusive brokerage relationship agreements that other REALTORS® have with their clients."

If you can't follow the Code of Ethics, don't be a Realtor®.  That's the most unethical nonsense I've ever heard.

Want to help your friends?  Be an ETHICAL Realtor® they can trust.  Not a cutthroat.
