Miami is pretty big. Not looking for an address but a zip code or a neighborhood would help. I have buyers that like MF but they each have their favorite neighborhoods in Miami.

C- Gate Construction 3 0 5 3 0 2 2 7 6 7, ask for Samuel.

Julie - I agree with all of the advice above. Great points made by everyone. I too had anxiety as I purchased my first property and had a background in the legal industry (I had ZERO experience with re-habbing). I had to go buy books at home depot to understand what my subs were trying to patiently explain to me -- but I did it. You have the experience to know all the good and all the bad things that can come up during a re-hab project so hopefully you know what to anticipate and thereby prevent it. I would suggest you hire a good GC and workout a game plan with him/her from the beginning.

Good luck on your real estate journey and remember you can't steal second base without getting off of first.

I've heard of the event and I'm a regular listener of the Real Estate Guys podcast.

I was also curious to hear from anyone who has attended.
