Hey all, Just wanted to know if you could share any possible REI meetups in the Los Angeles/ OC area that are coming up. Also, I'm a beginning wholesaler but I wanted to know what resource has worked best to obtain leads? Any sites you use that you found actually pulled in motivated sellers? Names of these sites would help! Thank you!

Thank you  for the helpful links @Steve Babiak! I was able to get a little bit from each one to come up with some helpful ways to comfortably  speak to sellers !

Appreciate it!

Kami S. congratulations on the amazing job! I really love what you did to the place; simple but elegant. And definitely kudos for not listening to the negativity around you and pursuing your end goal! If you don't mind me asking, how were you able to finance the purchase and the remodel? For example what was the type of loan used/ private money/ savings and did you do the work yourself or use contractors? I look forward to your response, and congrats on the win! -Vanessa

@Jimmy Martz thank you for the helpful post! I'm definitely considering trying this out and what you've done so far, in less than a year nonetheless, is definitely something to get excited about! I don't own a home now, but I'm curious. How far into owning your primary residence were you able to take that heloc out? Is there a time frame you have to meet before doing so I mean?
