@Josh C. He was asking what areas are B areas. I was not calling Eagledale etc A. I was giving him examples of B. Jeez

Jay describes what I would call an A here. Eagledale, Farley, West side outside of 465, Parts of Lawrence and Warren ( which both also contain a lot of C's)

Eagledale, Farley, Parts of Warren and Lawrence Townships (which also have a lot of C's).

Areas in which fixed up houses retail for $70-100K in general. This should get you started.

Eddie,

  I have wholesaled over 500 deals. I add new buyers to my list but I do not go in depth on what they want. Every buyer gets emailed every one of my deals. The reason for this is twofold. Even if I send a deal one of my buyers does not like he or she may know someone who will. Also many times a buyer will give you incorrect or incomplete criteria if you try to find out exactly what they are looking for. Serious buyer will stay on your list even if you send them stuff they do not like often. To answer your question: Email, name, phone. I will add notes on if they buy in a certain area etc but I do not pay much attention to them
