I am a wholesaler in Indy. I would suggest that you know what you are doing and have wise
counsel going into any deal. I never hype my stuff becaause I do not need to. I see a lot of wholesaers out there with retail prices. Buyer beware always.

some good basic zip codes for buy and hold are 46226, and 46222  For flips 46203 and 46201.

I train new wholesalers and yes that ultimately creates competition. But those who want to give and help others will pay that price. I find there are more opportunities to help and cooperate with my competition than there are direct battles for business.
