DMM works whether you have a good website or not. If you want to employ SEO
then make sure you get a site. I sell all my deals without a buyer website and most sell in
hours or a few days.

I'm a wholesaler but won't be much help to you because my good deals go quickly also to established buyers. Also some agents will ruin your chances of getting a deal from people like me because they will whine about our simple contracts, etc. I am also a broker so not all agents will mess up deals but sometimes the ones who work with big box companies cannot get around even the smallest issues because of corporate policy or inexperience.

Connect if you like. I don't chat very much but usually have decent deals.

If you decide to buy it I know a good PM in Indy who manages those types of properties.
