What would you consider as B class in Indianapolis?
I’ve become interested in Indianapolis as an out of state market. I know that property class is subjective. Indianapolis looks like it could be a great market, but I still haven’t gotten a feel for the city. What price points and rental rates would be considered B class?

Look at median price point for the MSA which is right at 130 to 140k and rents above 1000 and better yet 1200.
