Ok now for my NICE post. If wholesaling is illegal or regulated we will
just start renting and rehabbing at lower prices than you and thus will kick your asses.

There are enough laws. If someone buys they want to buy low. If they sell they want to sell high. Keep the **** out of people's business.

Saying I am not a good guy and be careful doing business with me is damaging.
I have done over 700 deals and have only had one complaint and that was from
a lady who tried to change a contract after it had been signed for 2 weeks lol.

I read everything you wrote instead of skimming it.

Very good content. Mr Vaughn was making observations
of how his marketing was performing but also blanket
statements out of thin air. Respect to him but your
answer deserves to be read slow, studied and digested.
