Hello.

I'm new to wholesaling. I am trying to get some information on what other info I need to get form a buyer when adding them to my buyers list. Currently I have bedroom/bathroom#, square footage, property type, and price range.

Is there a document I can use or any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Eddie

@Eddie Miller I see a lot of new wholesalers get caught up on building a buyers list when they should be spending the majority of their time looking for sellers and finding deals. A new wholesaler usually doesnt know how to qualify the buyers they put on their lists and end up with a bunch of tire kickers which becomes a huge issue when you finally get a property under contract and no one on your list can perform. Focus the majority of your time and effort on finding sellers! That is the best advice I can give you.
