Deren Huang I understand what you are saying. As long as I make a profit, I’ll be fine. I just don’t want to wait years to do so.
Dustin Davis Thank you! I would like to sell it as soon as I purchase it. If not, I can hold on to it if I buy it for less that $500.
What if I was able to purchase a residential lot for less than $500? I would want to sell it to a developer or I can offer seller financing. When I lived in Detroit, no one was taking a second at what we had to offer. Now, Investors from all over the world are buying properties in Detroit. I think that North Tulsa just needs some development and some TLC.
Hello Everyone! I’m looking into buying vacant residential lots in the North Tulsa area. My issue is that I do not have funds to build a house on the land. I came to a roadblock. I do not know what to do with the lot. I could sell them. To separate me from the rest, I would do owners financing. I could also develop a partnership with a builder. Any and all ideas are welcome. Thank you in advance.

Hello Cynthia Rodriguez! I currently live in Tulsa. My family and I moved here from Detroit. I’m just starting to look for deals in Tulsa. I may also pick your brain about FHA loans! Happy Investing!

I live in Detroit, but my family and I moved to Oklahoma for a fresh start. Overall, it seems like you have a solid plan and support system. God bless your Real Estate journey!

Hello @William Goolsby. I managed a 4 unit dwelling in Detroit, MI. As soon as we took over management, my partners and I looked over each unit, basement, backyard and garage. We also took pictures of the front steps which needed to be repaired.

I think its very important for someone to inspect each unit of your dwelling. It doesn't matter who it is. The inspections shouldn't take any longer than 20 minutes. You can also talk to the tenants about issues they may be having.

You're welcome @Victoria C.. Honestly, I'm neither at the moment. However, I'm working towards my Real Estate license for the State of Michigan. But, the end goal is to become an Investor with Income properties in different states. I have worked in Property Management, Wholesaling and Rehabbing properties in Metro Detroit. What is your end goal as for Real Estate?

Hello Jazmine,

Honestly, I do not believe there is a website for rent to own properties only. You can always work with a Realtor to assist you. I may be able to recommend someone to you.

You can also check out buildingdetroit.org. They have some great financing programs. I hope everything turns out well.
