@Bud Gaffney Honestly, I’m not sure. It’s missing the hot water tank, furnace and kitchen. It needs full rehab for the most part.

Hello @Drew Sygit,

I bought the home as a primary residence approx. in 2016. My Wife and I decided to move to Oklahoma for a fresh start. Honestly, I do not want to wholesale it. I am looking to build passive income.

Hello @Paul S.,

After rehabbing the property, the estimated ARV would be $70k.

Let me get straight to it. I own a property in Detroit, MI. It has two years back taxes. The property needs to be rehabbed. It will cost approximately $50k to rehab. How do I go about getting funding to do so? The property is located in the 48219 zip code area.

Hello All! I own a property in Detroit (48219). It has two years of back taxes owed. I do not want to sell it. Ideally, I want to rehab and rent it out. I would like a section 8 tenant. What are the non traditional ways I can get this done? I recently spoke to a like minded individual about taking on an Investor to get it rehabbed. I’m working on my credit. But, it’s still going to take some time.

Thanks Whitney. I'm going to look into that!

Thanks Alex. I forgot about the HELOC. I don't have other properties right now.

Thank you for responding. It'll take $50,000 to rehab the property. Thank you for that information. I will look into that.

Hello All! I own a property in the Detroit area that I need to rehab and rent. I was looking at the 203k loans, but I figured out that I have to live in the home which I cannot do since I live out of state. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
