Hello Robert Graham I figured since my credit score is low that it would be tough to get a loan. The house is 100% paid for. The only thing I owe is back taxes which around $5k. We need windows, kitchen, bathroom remodel, redo hardwood floors, etc. Its nothing major. The hot water tank and furnace are new.

Greetings Everyone! My wife and I have a property located in the 48219 area of Detroit, Mi. Overall, the property needs to work, but not much. There are a little over $5k I’m back taxes. We also moved to Oklahoma. The issue that we’re having is not having the funds to get the property repaired. Is it possible to get a rehab loan on my property if my credit score is 534?
Hello Sir! Honestly, I keep the property and use the payments towards the credit cards. Your credit may take a hit, but it can always be repaired.

Hello @Lisa Williams

I'm talking about the June Property Tax Auction. How are the sheriff sales? I'm thinking about taking part in the June Real Estate auction.

I recommend investing in Detroit, MI and Tulsa, Oklahoma. I'm originally from Detroit. The market it is booming. I just read that an outlet mall is being built here. That will bring other businesses in the near future.

Hello Everyone! I wanted to see who was taking part in next months auction in Tulsa County? I’m from Detroit, Mi and we have an auction there. But, it’s a little more detailed than Tulsa. What has been your experience if you’ve participated before? What should I expect?

Hey Ashley Chapman Detroit is a good place to start! Look out for the upcoming property tax auction in September and October.

Thank you @Erica Beard. I appreciate the advice.
