   Those are some great questions. Honestly, I do not know that answers to them, but hopefully some of the knowledgeable Investors can lead you in the right direct. In my opinion, before we call or send mailers we should have a basic knowledge about the property. We should look up the potential After Repair Value, current value and current taxes, liens, etc.

   My name is Joseph from Tulsa, OK. My current job requires me to drive around Tulsa. Mostly in residential neighborhoods. I found 20 homes that appear to be vacant. I would like to start off wholesaling these properties. I honestly do not know where to start besides researching the current owner(s), property owner address, and property taxes. Can someone please direct me in the right direction? Thank you in advance.
