This may help you. These are some of the questions I ask to get the information needed to determine if I want to go ahead and schedule an appointment.
1. What is the reason for selling?
2. What is the asking price?
3.how long has the property been vacant?
4.what do they think the current market value is on the property?
5. Do they own the house free and clear?
6.If not how much do they owe and are they current or in the rear?
7. What is the lowest amount they would take for the property?
8. How soon are they looking to sell.
That's kinda what I ask you could add or take away however you fill but for me those questions give me enough information to let me know if I want to make a appointment or not and it starts the negotiations.
