This may help you. On the letters I've sent out I say somthing like. (hello:_______ my name is_____ I noticed your property  on _____ would  you be interested  in selling? If so contact at _______)

I changed  the wording  up a little  to fit the person I'm sending to. I'm just starting  so I take the time to personally hand write each letter. That's the way I've been doing it. Hope this is  helpful.

Hello everyone so for been get a lot of love from members from all over on BP but even heard anything from my local area are there any investors from south Louisiana (st.mary parish, Iberia parish ) or surrounding areas. And also would like to know if there's any REI groups in those areas as well

Brent I do agree  with Jacqueline honestly is the the best route and I do  believe if i set the deal up right or buy at the right price I want have to worry about not finding a buyer cause  with the right deal they'll be knocking at my door to get the deal worst case scenario I'm will to take a lost or even not make money if it means  keeping  my word
