Assistants Setting up Appointments ?
Hey everyone,
My partners and I are working on processes to automate our wholesaling business and we had a few questions.
If we are using Virtual Assistants/Personal phone assistants to set up our appointments during the first live phone calls, and we create a point system for qualifying motivated sellers from those who are not. What specific points should we have these sellers hit before our assistants go ahead and make these appointments for us?
We understand the basics such as;
Not Being Listed on the MLS...etc...But just wanted to create a point system.
Also what would you do with the leads that barely missed qualifying, do you call them back personally to find out why?
