Ive found a few properties but I can't seem to find the owners. Ive even gone to the tax assessors office to see who is responsible for paying the taxes and they look at me as if I have 3 heads. I even tracked someone on Facebook but they claimed that they weren't the owner. Its a bit frustrating but I won't quit. Just reading others stories is giving me hope. I guess I just have to remain persistent & positive.

You don't really have it to wholesale till you have the price negotiated and the price locked under contract.

You should be able to find the tax assessor info on the website for your county typically with the owners mailing address as well. There are "skip tracing" sites you can pay for that typically can get you this information.
