@Phillip Black I currently use Tenantcloud.

Through property management software. I accept only online payments, except for one tenant who keeps providing cash.

@Ron Skoletsky Hi, Ron! I'm a Tenant cloud user.

It actually has such option available- You can create your own marketing website with a business logo or even upgrade to a higher plan and set up a personal domain.

It seems to me, Buildium also offers this feature but I'm not 100% sure.

@Aaron Reel I'm also using Tenantcloud for a couple of years already. It does have a mobile app so it's even more convenient to manage rentals on the go.

But test it out first before subscribing to any paid version. Luckily, it offers a free plan!

@Cam Chan I use Tenantcloud to manage all my units. It's free up to 75 units and has a great functionality. Accounting dashboard is really nice and intuitive!

But check it out first and see if it meets all your requirements.

@Daniel Hess Communicate with that neighbour first to know exactly what's wrong. There might have been some personal issues between that guy and previous tenants.

I don't think the police should be involved before you figure out everything for yourself.

Totally agree with @Sharlene Mulchandani! Sign up for a couple of property management systems and see what set of features meets your requirements.

With so many units, it's important to have reliable software that would help you automate your tasks.

Welcome @Aden Brust!

My only advice would be to accurately manage your finances: learn about all the accounting hacks and keep track of business expenses. Also, podcasts of real estate professionals can be really helpful for your professional growth.

Good luck!

@Zach Cohen Welcome to BP! I would recommend you to follow only the forums you're interested in. Don't waste time on the random topics. You can set up key words alerts and get notifications about the discussions you might like. That always helps me to keep up with the newest posts!

I manage multiple properties. One property has like 50 units. It works well for me as all units have the same physical address. Wouldn’t consider this as an issue.
