Tenant Cloud (multiple addresses under one property)
I put a ticket in on TC to allow multiple addresses on one property. From their response, there is currently no function for this.
example:
Property 'A' has 4 buildings with 4 separate addresses:
Building 1 address is 100 main street, Building 2 address is 200 main street, etc
Currently there is no way to put multiple addresses on one property, the only way to do this is to make the units 100-1 and 200-2.
This may not seem like a big issue but for the full functionality of the services, it is an issue. Leases, you can do leases/notices to auto-populate fields. If you put all the addresses/buildings on one property, the fields will not fill in correctly.
If you separate the buildings with their physical addresses, it will make it multiple properties which will make it difficult to expense lawn care, snow removal, pest control under one property.
Any advice from fellow TC users that run into this?
