Excel sheets and google drive or management software
I help manage 25 buildings on a university’s campus (not affiliated with the university).
A lot of our processes for renewals, notices, 5day notices, and tenant directories is all done on google sheets on our drive.
I feel like a lot of our processes seem outdated and I’m pushing for a management software.
We don’t do electronic payments which is another reason why I think a management software would be good.
When is a good time to move to a management software? We have over 400 doors

@Luis Abel Robles At over 400 doors, get PM software, like yesterday. You will not regret it. Spend some time test driving the top ones, then make the change.
Online, automatic rent payments alone will justify the costs. Payments are made by tenants, recorded and deposited without you having to do anything for example.
