  I use a great local CPA that works with numerous local RE investors.  I pay him to file my taxes and advice.   We meet usually 2-3 times a year and I call with with any questions throughout the year.  I've never used bookkeeping services because I automate my payments through my bank.  My system is pretty simple and if I can help just let me know.  (I can't answer if the fees are high or not since I haven't used those services.)
