Meeting Time & Location

I am an investor in Wilmington, NC and my daughter is seeking a job in Charleston. I would like to look at opportunities in that area for Buy and Hold. SFR or small multi.

Welcome. Great to have another local on BP. I agree with Wade. Wilmington's REIA and BP is where a learned 90% about R.E. the other 10% from books. If you want to hear my story listen to podcast 193.

I should add.  Last month when I asked, "How many in the room have done Real Estate investing deals?"  It was close to half the people in the room had done deals.  A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WAS IN THE ROOM.

There is no video of June's presentation.  There will be round table topics and networking.  There should be numerous investors there to not only help answer and lead round table topics but also so you can meet and share contact info with them.  Last month I believe there was approximately 60 attendees.
