I've personally used this as a technique to purchase 2 long term buy and hold rentals and the money continues to grow every month.  I hope to learn more on Thursday night.

I’ll help any way that I can. I attend all the CCREIA meetings I can when I’m in town. My job requires travel so I make it about 50% of the time but I’ve been attending since 2009. 

Ask for me when you register at the meeting and they’ll direct you to me
