I graduated from UNCW in 1992. Have been working W-2 job ever since. Started investing in real eastate in 2010-2011. Welcome to BP. I'm in Wilmington and work a fulltime job and invest on the weekends and nights. Coastal Carolina REIA meets the 2nd Thursday of each month in Wilmington at 6:15-6:30pm Great place to meet like minded people. I'm not that familar with Jacksonville Real Estate. (My wife and I do come up once a month to help out at Camp Geiger at the protestant services both out in the field and at the small white chapel on base)
