Hey guys! My name is Glen Clemmons. NC State graduate and current broker with Costello Real Estate and Investments here in Raleigh, NC. I am looking to grow my portfolio in the next 5 years to 10 rental properties. I currently own a property in Wilmington, NC near UNCW’s campus and under contract on a house here in Raleigh! I am looking for investors, mentors, partners, and relationships here in the area. I would love to grab coffee or lunch if anyone is interested!!
