thanks for the suggestions and replies. The carpet is less than 2 years old so I'm going try to treat and stream clean. Since I am a buy and hold investor I have been replacing carpet with a mid-grade laminate.

I work a full time job and started investing in Real Estate at the end of 2010.  I now have 8 buy and hold rentals.  I would like to get into flips as well as multifamily.  I love my current job and have no plans to leave it and want to create a real estate business that will support our family at retirement and for generations into the future.  I love learning about real estate and love listening to the BP podcast.
