Good afternoon fellow Real Estate Investors!

My name is Jonathan Abbott and I am a 3rd year college student at UNCW in Wilmington, NC looking to get a head start on my career. A friend and myself were wondering what the best way to get into real estate investing was with little money. We have looked into wholesaling and so far this seems to be the best option for us at the moment. If you have any tips or experience in the Wilmington, NC area I would love to hear what you have to say! Also would love to hear any other ideas of ways we can get into the business.

Thank you! Looking forward to reading your responses!

I graduated from UNCW in 1992. Have been working W-2 job ever since. Started investing in real eastate in 2010-2011. Has been better than stocks or anything else I could think of.  My W-2 job is AWESOME and plan to never leave it.  If we can help each other please reach out to me. Cell: 9106121646.
