New Investor Starting in the Wilmington, NC Market

Hello BP members! 

My name is Andrew Easton, I'm originally from Ohio but I've been living in Wilmington, NC for 4 years now.  I've spent most of my life in the Construction and Skilled Trades fields. I have the knowledge and skills to do the dirty work of flipping houses but I never knew where to get started. About a month ago I really started to educate myself on Real Estate Investing and it didn't take long to find BP. I've just started to scratch the surface of the vast amount of resources available here, and I am very excited to meet all of my future friends here in the BP community! I listened to the 90 day challenge podcast today, and I am in! I know it is from Oct. 2017 but I'm still going to use the hashtag.
