I'm happy with Stroud & Company.  Tony and his team have done a good job for me.

@Mindy Jensen

I have 26 units and every tenant has a different rent. (Ex. $1,333, $1,292, $1,197, etc) I have bank accounts at several different banks with only a small amount in at PNC, Wells Fargo, State Employees and they deposit into my account. I get a text that a deposit for $1,333 was made and I go in and move the money to an account the tenants do know. I also accept Venmo. Most of them set up auto drafts or bill pay to my bank account or use Zelle.

I’m always looking for Long term rentals or even short term beach/vacation rental and have started looking at commercial. Haven’t found anything we are willing to pay these high prices in over 2 years. If you find anything please send my way.

Prices are crazy high for investments in my opinion in Wilmington.  I'm a buy and hold investor and I'm always looking and prepared to buy if the numbers for long term buy and hold work.  Let me know if I can help in any way.

I don’t have self storage experience but in the last 3 years, self storage and car washes have exploded here in Wilmington. Let me know if I can ever help in any way.
