There is a lot of opportunity in Ohio. It all depends on your goals for investing. I am based out of Columbus and I know the city attracts a lot of out of states investors due to the population and job growth going on. @Account Closed

Ohio has a lot of great opportunities and different cities may match your goals better than others. I suggest taking a look at Columbus, specifically the job and population growth. @Datesh Kshatriya

A short term rental that is furnished might not be a bad way to start off, just including the basics. There was already some good advice given on how to analyze if you should continue with a traditional Airbnb. You know your market best so, I would just decide how the tourism rates are holding up given the circumstances. Good luck! @Christine Sierra
