Connections for the midwest

Hi im looking at investing in the midwest in states such as Ohio, Illinois, Arkansas, Indiana, West Virginia, and so on for single and duplex homes. Im looking to connect with someone or people who work and deal in that area. It would be nice to get in touch with a broker who can help with securing financing and possibly a real estate agent all in one for that area instead of having to have a bank and agent for each individual state especially when im not set on one particular state. If you guys know anyone i would appreciate the help or any tips.
