Hey, My name is Chris Beck. I am 22 years old and am trying to get into the world of real estate investing. I read rich dad, poor dad, and was hooked on the world of assets vs liabilities. I recently finished reading "How to Invest in Real Estate" by the owners of this site and decided to sign up for the forum to get some help understanding and forming relationships with others you are already doing what I want to do. I am actively saving money and investing in stocks in order to fund my real estate investments. I plan on buying a duplex within the next 2 years using an FHA loan and "house hacking". Both of my parents are realtors and I am working on getting my license along with going to college to get a degree in Business Marketing. I am in the Cleveland, Ohio area and am going to start investing here. We have no events here and I would like to get some started here. Any advice would be helpful and very much appreciated!
