@Mark Pedroza Yes, I download that particular letter a couple days ago. It's the only one I could find in the Fileplace. Do you market to probate leads as well & if so, which method do deem more effective in your experience, the "Condolences" format of this letter or the straight forward "I want to $buy$ your House at..."?

I'm not sure what part of the sentence you're saying can be added to the letter & exactly what effect it has. Not trying to bug. I'd appreciate the clarification.

Thanks @Bryan L. Definitely one the areas I have to become better in. Try to remind Myself often to be willing to do the Hard Work so that I don't have to Work Hard

@sharon vornholt How're you doing? Looking through the threads on probate leads i see that you also market to them. Can I ask you which approach you use & do you know one way or another which gets a higher response/conversion rate? Offering condolescences or not even mentioning your awareness of the passing?
