Newbie from South Jersey
Hello everyone, my name is Dan, I'm a blue collar guy (certified arborist) and I'm brand spanking new to real estate investing.
In an effort to educate myself about the business and gain some knowledge, I've come to hang out in your community. (I actually found your podcast first and listened to many episodes while shoveling snow this winter)
It's fantastic to find a place where everyone seems to be so supportive of one another and genuinely interested in helping. Rest assured that down the line I'll have many questions for you all, but in the meantime I'm so overwhelmed by the amount of information that it's hard to know which way is up. Your site appears to be very well organized and chock full of good information so I look forward to getting all warm and fuzzy here. Thanks again for letting me join in.
Dan.

Hey Dan, welcome to BP. There are plenty of investment areas within an hour and a half drive from you. I started looking around colleges and ended up in lower income areas.
