How're you @Charmaine M. ? Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm originally from Bklyn & will be moving back in the next couple of days so I just wanted to reach out to BP members in the area to network. I plan on attending the BP MeetUp this coming Tuesday. Will you be there?

Hey @Dylan Swanson did you go check out the show notes for that podcast? Aaron Mazzrillo does clarify a lot there but I still had a couple question on specific aspects I wasn't sure on. Like Title & whether the property's actually locked up if there's no Contract. But I f you read those show notes you guaranteed to learn evn more than you'd expect. That dude is Friggin Rockstar!

@Chris K. Right. I'm really curious to find out how this works. Have you ever heard anyone else mention this method?

I listened to a BP Podcast not long ago where the investor said that he sends his agreements through Escrow instead of placing them under contract when wholesaling properties. Does anyone else use this method & how exactly would that work? Are the deals placed in Escrow with the Title Company or is there some other entity used? I've done a lot of studying but I'd never heard of this before & I'd like to know the exact steps of such a process. Anyone else familiar with it?

This is Great. I'm planning to move back home to Brooklyn & had actually wanted to know where the meetups are taking place. And wouldn't you know it, I didn't have to look any further than BP to find that out Lol. I look forward to coming home & meeting the investors in the area.

I'm actually follwing up on a lead in the NYC right now & if I get this under contract I'll need a title company familiar with Assignments, Double Closings & possible LLC Sales at closing? Can you, @Pete Nater or anyone else in the area point me in the right direction? I'd really appreciate it.

Post: What should I say in my letters to Probate Leads?

@Bill Larsen No, @Sharon Vornholt say's she NEVER uses yellow letters but the white letters for Probate Leads. So, I'll follow her example & save myself the wasted time. But I am going to stick with a more personal approach given the circumstances. A handwritten letter & envelop. I really have'nt been able to locate any info on the conversion rates of one compared to the other.
