Mr. Carey, How're you? Thanks so much for the speedy reply. As I explained to Mr. Totten I'm familiar with how to conduct the SDAT search for the property owners name & address. It has been obtaining a phone number which has been the biggest pain. But i am eager top try the two websites you advised. I don't even mind employing a paid service but as long as its effective because at this point i have make every dollar count.

I'm starting to think having motivated sellers contact me would be the route to go. Can advise me at all on that approach & what type of materials in terms of text & message content would i need in order to be successful using this approach? I honestly dont knw what else to try. I'd Appreciate it & thanksd again.

How're you David? Thanks a lot for the input. I really appreciate it. Yes, i am aware that the owners name & address can be pulled up through SDAT.gov for Md. My largest obstacle has been locating a phone Number since it seems most people don't have Landlines today. I've also been using the online phone books with no success.

I am desparately seeking advice on how to best locate the phone numbers of property Owners. I would like to get some Properties under Contract to begin wholesaling & i am completely Stumped. It's extremely frustrating because I know if i can actually speak to the Property Owners i can get a few of these properties under Contract.

My Name is J. Lancaster & i am completely new to RE Investing. I've read a ton of books but have absolutely no experience. I've chosen to begin with Wholesaling to generate seed capital for future deals & to focus on Lease Options to establish continuous Streams of income in the long term.

My toughest challenge has been locating current phone numbers & especially The Cell Numbers of Property Owners I've researched since so few People seem to still have landlines today. So, I am open to any advice The BP Community would be Willing to share. It would be greatly appreciated. I am excited about this new journey.
